Refund policy

We hope you love your Sleepy Stanley order. However, we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right.

Changed your mind?

As you are purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without needing to give a reason. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sleepystanleyuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with any original tags and packaging where applicable.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item if you have simply changed your mind. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

Once your return item has been received, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at sleepystanleyuk@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We'll work with you to resolve the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

For faulty items, please do not send anything back to us until we've contacted you with the instructions.

Important Information

Our products are made to order by our printing partner, so we are unable to accept returns directly through our printing partner. However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
